Youth Movement for Collective Action (UMOVEMENT-Liberia) is a registered non-governmental, non-political and non-for-profit organization, which strongly believed that a good education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and can create a better future for children and their families. 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all,

5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls with equal access to education, health care, decent work, and representation in political and economic decision-making processes which fuel sustainable economies and benefit societies and humanity at large.

16: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.The core programs of Youth Movement for Collective Action are: Education, Health, Child Protection, Play-Based Learning and Livelihoods.

MISSION

UMOVEMENT’s mission is to put an end to educational and employment poverty traps in Liberia by operating innovation-focused schools and implementing livelihoods programs for young adults.

VISION

Youth Movement for Collective Action envisages advance health, education, and development for children and youth through collective action -Community engagement.

GOAL

Our goal is to ensure that children and youth ‘empowered’ as agents of change to secure a better future for themselves and their communities.
